Short Bio (150 words):
Dr. Chiang’s research interests primarily focus on the investigation of mechanisms
underlying neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and neuroprotection
strategies for HIE. He is also dedicated to improving respiratory care for preterm
infants and enhancing the quality of care for this vulnerable population.
